Overview

Purpose: Consolidated Privacy Policy, Support, and Terms of Use for the Wordify Numbers iOS app. Scope: Applies to use of the app “Wordify Numbers” on Apple’s App Store.

Privacy Policy

Summary: We do not collect, sell, or share personal data. Conversions happen on your device. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple via StoreKit.

On-Device Data

• Input: Numbers you type to convert; never transmitted.
• Recents: Stored locally for convenience; you can clear them.
• Settings: Locale, appearance, output case saved locally.
• Speech: Uses on-device text-to-speech; no microphone recording.
• Clipboard: Read only when you tap “Paste”. Contents are not stored or transmitted.

Purchases & Subscriptions

• Provider: Apple’s App Store handles payments, renewals, receipts.
• Entitlement: App stores a non-identifying “Pro” status locally.
• Restore: Restore purchases via the app or App Store.

Analytics & Ads

• Analytics: None.
• Advertising: None.

Sharing & Transfers

• Sharing: No data shared with third parties.
• Transfers: No data sent off device.

Retention & Deletion

• Recents and preferences remain until cleared or app deleted.
• Delete app to remove all stored data.

Children’s Privacy Not directed to children under 13. Do not use if prohibited by local law.

Your Rights

• Local Control: Manage or delete data directly in the app.
• Questions: Email pm@1kbapps.com.
• Changes: Updates will appear here with a new “Last updated” date.

Terms of Use

Acceptance By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

License

• Scope: Personal, non-transferable, revocable license.
• Restrictions: No reverse engineering, tampering, or bypassing paywalls.

Subscriptions & Billing

• Products: Auto-renewable subscriptions (weekly with optional trial, yearly). Prices vary by region.
• Free Trial: Converts to paid unless canceled 24h before trial ends.
• Auto-Renewal: Charged within 24h prior to renewal.
• Manage/Cancel: App Store > Account > Subscriptions or via app.
• Refunds: Handled by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Restore Purchases: Use “Restore” when signed into same Apple ID.

Changes We may modify features/pricing. App Store notifies subscription price changes.

Disclaimers

• As-Is: Provided “as is” without warranties.
• Compatibility: No guarantee for every locale/edge case.

Limitation of Liability Not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Termination

• By Us: If you breach Terms.
• By You: Uninstalling ends your use.

Governing Law Governed by local consumer laws and laws of your residence, except where preempted by Apple’s terms.

Subscription Disclosures

• Payment: Charged to Apple ID at purchase.
• Renewal: Auto-renews unless canceled 24h before end.
• Renewal Charge: Billed within 24h before period ends.
• Manage/Cancel: App Store > Account > Subscriptions or in-app.
• Free Trial: Unused portion may be forfeited if you purchase before trial ends.

Getting Started

• Convert: Enter number, tap Convert.
• Locale: Choose US / UK / India formats; toggle sentence/uppercase.
• Tools: Speak result with TTS, copy to clipboard, reuse via Recents.

Requirements

• iOS/iPadOS: See App Store listing.
• Network: Not required for conversions; needed for purchases/restores.

FAQs

• No sound: Increase volume, disable Silent Mode.
• Restore: Upgrade > Restore; check Apple ID.
• Pro not unlocking: Wait for confirmation banner; if still locked, relaunch app, try Restore, or check Apple ID.
• Locale differences: Switch locale in Result section.
• Where is my data: All data is on your device; clear in-app or delete app.
