Textuvo — Privacy Policy and Help

Textuvo turns typed, pasted, and imported text into clean PDFs you can export and share. This page explains what the app does with your data and how to get help.

Privacy Policy

Data we collect

Textuvo does not ask you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, or location.

Your documents

• PDFs are created on your iPhone with Apple's built-in PDF tools. Your text never leaves the device to make a PDF.
• The text, titles, and PDF settings you create are saved inside the app on your iPhone so they appear in your History. Deleting a document, or deleting the app, removes them.
• Files are read only when you pick them with the system file picker. The app does not browse your files on its own.
• When you export or share a document, Textuvo creates a .pdf file and hands it to the destination you choose. What happens next is governed by that app or service.

Purchases

• Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details.
• We use RevenueCat to process subscription purchases and restores and to check whether your Pro subscription is active. RevenueCat receives your purchase history (product, price, date, and transaction details) and an anonymous app user identifier. It does not receive your documents. Third-party services and analytics

RevenueCat, for subscription purchases, restores, and Pro status only. Textuvo has no advertising, no tracking across apps or websites, and no other analytics SDKs.

How data is used

Your documents are used only to show, edit, export, and share them in the app. Purchase data is used only to confirm your Pro access and to understand revenue.

Your rights

• You can delete any document in History, or delete all of them at once.
• To ask about purchase data held by RevenueCat, or to request its deletion, email us at the address below.

Children's privacy

Textuvo is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.

Technology Used

• Core Text, Core Graphics, and PDFKit — PDF layout, creation, and preview, on this iPhone.
• Foundation and Compression — reading the text inside TXT, RTF, and DOCX files, on this iPhone.
• UniformTypeIdentifiers and UIKit document pickers — importing TXT, RTF, and DOCX files you pick, and exporting PDFs to Files.
• StoreKit — loads the Weekly and Yearly plans and their prices from the App Store.
• RevenueCat — subscription purchases, restores, and Pro status.

Textuvo does not use Apple Intelligence or any third-party AI service.

What does Textuvo do?

It turns text into PDF. Type or paste in the Edit tab, or import a TXT, DOCX, or RTF file. Pick page size, orientation, font, and margins in PDF Settings, then generate a clean PDF you can export and share.

What can I do in preview, and what needs Pro?

Processing and preview are free; saving, sharing, and exporting require an active subscription. Without a subscription you can create and preview PDFs, and edit, import, and copy your text. Saving a PDF to Files and sharing it to other apps need an active Pro subscription.

How do I get Pro?

Tap Get Pro at the top of the Home screen, or open Settings (the person icon on Home) and tap Upgrade to Pro. Choose Weekly or Yearly, then tap Continue. Prices are shown in your local currency before you buy.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open Settings in Textuvo (the person icon on Home) and tap Restore purchases, or tap Restore at the bottom of the plans screen. Use the same Apple Account you bought Pro with.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Textuvo. Subscribers can also tap the PRO button on Home, then Manage subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

My file would not import. What can I try?

• Use a TXT, RTF, or DOCX file. Other formats, including older .doc files, are not supported.
• If a Word file fails, save it as DOCX, TXT, or RTF and try again.
• Password-locked or damaged files cannot be read.

Export or Share does nothing.

Export and Share need Pro. If you have Pro and the button still fails, check that your iPhone has storage space, then try again.
