How do I sign a document?

Open the app and tap the "+" button to import a PDF. Select "Signature" from the toolbar, create or select your signature, and place it anywhere on the document. You can resize and move it as needed before saving.

Where are my documents stored?

All documents are stored locally on your iPhone or iPad. We do not have access to your files.

I purchased Signjar Pro but features are still locked. What should I do?

Please go to the Settings page within the app and tap on "Restore Purchases." This will re-sync your subscription status with the App Store.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed directly by Apple. Go to your iPhone Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions, find Signjar, and select "Cancel Subscription."
