- Documents & Signatures: All PDF documents you import and signatures you create are stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud Drive (if enabled by you). We have no access to them.
- Camera and Photo Library: The App requests access to your camera and photo library solely to allow you to scan documents or import images for signatures. This processing happens entirely on your device.
3. Third-Party Services
The App creates a verified and secure environment using Apple’s native technologies.
- Apple App Store: We use Apple's StoreKit for processing payments and subscriptions. Apple may collect information associated with your purchase history in accordance with their privacy policy.
- No External Analytics: We do not use third-party analytics services (like Google Analytics or Firebase) to track your usage within the App.
4. Data Security
Since your data is stored locally on your device, it benefits from the standard security encryption provided by iOS. We recommend keeping your device updated to ensure your data remains secure.

How do I sign a document?
Open the app and tap the "+" button to import a PDF. Select "Signature" from the toolbar, create or select your signature, and place it anywhere on the document. You can resize and move it as needed before saving.
Where are my documents stored?
All documents are stored locally on your iPhone or iPad. We do not have access to your files.
I purchased Signjar Pro but features are still locked. What should I do?
Please go to the Settings page within the app and tap on "Restore Purchases." This will re-sync your subscription status with the App Store.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed directly by Apple. Go to your iPhone Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions, find Signjar, and select "Cancel Subscription."
