mp4hz is an audio-to-video converter that transforms your audio files (MP3, M4A, WAV, AAC, FLAC, OGG, AIFF, WMA) into stunning videos with animated waveform visualizations. All processing happens entirely on your device.

• Audio Files: Your audio files are processed entirely on your device. They are never uploaded to any server or shared with any third party. Temporary copies are stored only within the app's private sandbox for the duration of the conversion.
• Converted Videos: Output video files are saved locally on your device. They are never transmitted externally by the app.
• Conversion History: Your conversion history (file names, settings, timestamps) is stored locally on your device using standard on-device storage. This data never leaves your device.
• User Preferences: Settings such as your preferred wave style and video quality are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted.
• No Analytics or Tracking: mp4hz does not use any analytics frameworks, tracking pixels, advertising SDKs, or third-party data collection tools.
• No Account Required: mp4hz does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to use the app.

Subscriptions & Payments

mp4hz offers optional premium subscriptions (Weekly and Yearly plans) through Apple's App Store. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. Photo Library Access

mp4hz requests access to your Photo Library solely to save your converted video files when you choose to do so. This permission is optional and only used when you explicitly tap "Save to Photos." The app does not browse, read, or access any existing photos or videos in your library.

File Access

mp4hz requests access to your files solely to import the audio files you select for conversion. The app only accesses files you explicitly choose through the system file picker. It does not scan, browse, or access any other files on your device.

Data Security

Since all data processing occurs entirely on your device and no data is transmitted to external servers, your files and information remain fully under your control. Temporary files created during the conversion process are stored within the app's secure sandbox and are cleaned up automatically.

Children's Privacy

mp4hz does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since the app does not collect any data whatsoever, it is safe for users of all ages. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has somehow provided personal information through the app, please contact us at support@1kbapps.com and we will take appropriate action.

Third-Party Services

mp4hz does not integrate with any third-party services that collect user data. The only external service interaction is with Apple's StoreKit for processing in-app subscriptions, which is governed by Apple's own privacy policies.

Your Rights

Since mp4hz does not collect or store any personal data on external servers, there is no personal data for us to provide, modify, or delete. All app data is stored locally on your device and can be removed at any time by deleting the app. Upon deletion, all locally stored data, including conversion history and preferences, is permanently removed.

Subscription Terms

• Weekly Plan: Offers a 3-day free trial followed by a recurring weekly charge of \$4.99/week.
• Yearly Plan: Recurring annual charge of \$29.99/year (approximately $0.58/week).
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase (or at the end of the free trial period, if applicable).
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Go to your device's Settings > tap your name (Apple ID) > Subscriptions > select mp4hz > Cancel Subscription.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open mp4hz, navigate to the Upgrade screen, and tap "Restore Purchase." Your subscription will be restored automatically if it is active on your Apple ID.
