- Conversion Count: To enforce free tier limits, we store a conversion count locally on your device using UserDefaults.

How do I convert a MOV video to MP4?
Open the app and go to the Scan tab. Grant photo library access when prompted. Select a MOV video from your library, choose your preferred conversion quality (Low, Medium, or High), and tap "Convert to MP4".
What conversion quality options are available?
- Low: Smaller file size, faster conversion, good for sharing.
- Medium: Balanced quality and file size.
- High: Best quality, larger file size.
How many free conversions do I get?
Free users get 3 conversions. After that, you can upgrade to Pro for unlimited conversions.
What is Pro and what does it include?
Pro is a subscription that gives you:
- Unlimited MP4 conversions
- Save converted videos to your library
- Delete original videos to free up space
- Share converted videos anywhere
Where are my converted videos saved?
Converted videos can be saved directly to your photo library or shared via the iOS share sheet to any app.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. All video conversions happen entirely on your device. No internet connection is required for converting videos. An internet connection is only needed for subscription management.
How do I restore my purchases?
Go to Settings and tap "Restore Purchases". If you have an active subscription associated with your Apple ID, it will be restored.
How does duplicate detection work?
The Duplicate Detection feature scans your video library and identifies videos that may be duplicates based on:
- Same duration, file size, and creation time (Exact Duplicates)
- Similar duration and created within 1 minute (Very Similar)
- Multiple videos recorded in quick succession (Burst Sequence)
Why should I delete duplicates?
Duplicate videos waste storage space on your device. The Duplicate Detection feature helps you identify and remove duplicate videos to free up storage.
How do I delete duplicate videos?
Go to the Duplicate Detection tab, review the detected duplicate groups, select the videos you want to delete, and confirm. The app will permanently remove the selected videos from your library.
Is my data private?
Yes. All video processing happens locally on your device. Your videos never leave your phone during conversion. We do not collect, store, or transmit your videos or personal data to any server.
How do I change the app theme?
Go to Settings and select your preferred theme under "Appearance": Dark, Light, or System.
How do I change the default conversion quality?
Go to Settings and adjust the "Default Quality" setting under "Conversion".
