1. How do I merge PDF files?

1. Open MergeDeck.
2. Tap the + button to select PDF files from your device.
3. You can reorder files by dragging and dropping them.
4. Swipe left to remove any unwanted files.
5. Tap the Merge button at the bottom.
6. Name your file and save or share it immediately.

2. Is my data private?

Yes. MergeDeck processes all your files locally on your device. Your documents are never uploaded to any server. We cannot see, access, or store your PDF files.

3. How do I cancel my Premium subscription?

Subscriptions are managed directly by Apple. To cancel:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone/iPad.
2. Tap your Name at the top.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Select MergeDeck and tap Cancel Subscription.

4. Why did my merge fail?

Ensure that your PDF files are not password-protected. MergeDeck currently supports merging unlocked PDF documents. If a file is corrupted, the app may also fail to process it.

Your privacy is our top priority. This Privacy Policy explains how MergeDeck ("we", "our", or "us") handles your information.

1. Data Collection

We do not collect, store, or share any personal data.

• Documents: All PDF processing happens locally on your device using Apple's PDFKit framework. Your files never leave your device.
• Analytics: We do not track your usage behavior within the app.

2. Payments

All payments and subscriptions are processed securely by Apple via the App Store. We do not have access to your credit card information or billing details.

3. Third-Party Services

The app creates a link to the Apple App Store for ratings and reviews. No other third-party services or trackers are used.

MergeDeck is licensed to you under the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

• Usage: You may use this app for personal, non-commercial purposes (unless otherwise permitted by Apple's terms).
• Premium Subscription:
  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
