Livedeo Privacy Policy, Help & Support

Livedeo turns your Live Photos into MP4 or MOV videos. This page explains what the app does with your data, and how to get help.

Privacy Policy

Data we collect

Livedeo does not have accounts. We do not ask for your name, email address, or phone number. We do not run advertising or analytics tools in the app.

Your photos and videos

• Livedeo reads the Live Photos you choose, or the files you import, to create a video.
• Conversion happens on your iPhone. The app does not upload your photos or videos to a server.
• Finished videos and your conversion history are stored on your device. Deleting the app removes them.
• Livedeo saves a video to your Photos library, to Files, or to another app only when you choose Save or Share.

Permissions

• Photos: to find Live Photos you pick, and to save finished videos to your library when you ask.
• Notifications: optional. Used to tell you when a conversion has finished.

Purchases and third-party services

• Subscriptions are handled by Apple through the App Store. Apple processes your payment. We never see your payment details.
• Livedeo uses RevenueCat to track subscription status. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID and your purchase information from the App Store. It does not receive your photos or videos.
• No other third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services are used. Livedeo does not track you across other apps or websites.

How we use data

We use purchase information only to confirm that your Pro subscription is active, and to restore it on your devices.

Your rights

Your photos, videos, and history live on your device, so you control them. You can delete any video from History or delete the app to remove everything stored by Livedeo. To ask about purchase data held by RevenueCat, email us.

Children's privacy

Livedeo is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above.

Livedeo does not use Apple Intelligence or any AI service.

What does Livedeo do?

It converts a Live Photo into an MP4 or MOV video. Pick a Live Photo from your library, or import a file. Choose the format and quality, then tap Extract Video.

What can I do without Pro, and what needs Pro?

You can convert a Live Photo and play the result in the app. Saving to Photos, saving to Files, and sharing need a Pro subscription.

How do I subscribe?

Tap Get Pro in the app. Choose Weekly or Yearly, then confirm with Apple. Prices and any introductory offer are shown before you confirm.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open the Pro screen and tap Restore Purchases, or go to Settings in the app and choose Restore Purchase. Use the same Apple ID you subscribed with.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. Choose Livedeo and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.

My conversion failed. What can I do?

• Check that your iPhone has free storage. Conversion needs room for the new video.
• If the Live Photo is stored in iCloud, wait for it to download, then try again.
• Try a different Live Photo, or lower the quality in Settings.
• Keep Livedeo open until the conversion finishes, or tap Run in background.

Livedeo can't see my Live Photos.

Open iPhone Settings, tap Livedeo, tap Photos, and allow access. If you chose Limited Access, add the Live Photos you want to convert.
