ID KRAFT ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our iOS application.

Information We Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

ID KRAFT is designed with privacy as a core principle:

• No Account Required: You can use ID KRAFT without creating an account or providing any personal information.
• No Photo Uploads: All photo processing happens entirely on your device. Your photos are never uploaded to any server.
• No Analytics or Tracking: We do not use any analytics services, tracking pixels, or third-party SDKs that collect user data.
• No Advertising: ID KRAFT does not display advertisements or share data with advertisers.

Photos & Camera Access

ID KRAFT requests access to your device's camera and photo library solely for the purpose of:

• Capturing photos for ID photo creation
• Selecting existing photos from your library
• Saving processed ID photos to your library

These photos remain on your device at all times. We have no ability to access, view, or retrieve your photos.

Face Detection

ID KRAFT uses Apple's on-device Vision framework for face detection. This processing:

• Occurs entirely on your iPhone/iPad
• Does not transmit any facial data externally
• Is used solely to help position your face correctly in ID photos

In-App Purchases

If you make a purchase, the transaction is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs these transactions: Apple Privacy Policy

Data Storage

All app data (settings, photo history) is stored locally on your device. If you delete the app, all associated data is permanently removed.

Children's Privacy

ID KRAFT does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app is designed for general audiences creating ID photos.

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ID KRAFT on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use ID KRAFT only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Use the app to create fraudulent or counterfeit identification documents
• Reproduce or distribute the app or its content without authorization
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

ID Photo Disclaimer

Important: ID KRAFT is a tool to help you create properly formatted ID photos. However:

• We do not guarantee acceptance of photos by any government agency, embassy, or organization
• Photo requirements vary by country and document type and may change without notice
• You are responsible for verifying that your photo meets the specific requirements of your intended use
• We recommend checking official government sources for current photo specifications

Subscriptions & Purchases

ID KRAFT offers the following purchase options:

• Weekly Premium: Auto-renewable subscription billed weekly
• Annual Premium: Auto-renewable subscription billed annually
• Lifetime Premium: One-time non-consumable purchase

Subscription Terms:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

Intellectual Property

ID KRAFT and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by 1KB Apps and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

ID KRAFT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1KB Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app.

Governing Law

• Ensure your face takes up 70-80% of the frame

Q: Why wasn't my face detected?

If face detection fails, try:

• Ensuring your face is clearly visible and well-lit
• Facing the camera directly
• Removing sunglasses or items covering your face
• Using a photo with higher resolution

Exporting & Printing

Q: How do I save my ID photo?

Tap the "Save" button to save directly to your photo library, or use "Share" to send via email, AirDrop, or other apps.

Q: What is the Print Layout feature?

Print Layout arranges multiple copies of your ID photo on a standard print size (4×6 or A4), making it easy to print at home or at a photo printing service.

Q: What resolution are the exported photos?

ID KRAFT exports photos at 300 DPI (dots per inch), which is the standard resolution required for ID photos and ensures crisp prints.

Premium Features

Q: What do I get with Premium?

Q: How do I restore my purchase?
