Photos

HEICPX processes photos locally on your device. When you select images for conversion:

• Images are accessed directly from your photo library or Files app
• All processing happens on your device - nothing is uploaded to any server
• Original photos remain untouched in your photo library
• Converted photos are saved directly to your photo library

No Cloud Storage

HEICPX does not upload, store, or transmit your photos to any external servers. All image processing occurs locally on your device.

Subscriptions

Subscription purchases are processed through the App Store. Your subscription status is verified locally on your device to provide access to premium features.

HEICPX does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app is not directed at children.

Your Rights

• Delete the app at any time to remove all local data
• Revoke photo library access in iOS Settings
• Subscription cancellation handled through iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions

How do I convert photos?

1. Tap on the "Tap to Add Photos" area

What's the difference between Photo Library and HEIC Photos?

Photo Library: Shows all photos in your library. Fast access.

HEIC Photos: Only shows HEIC/HEIF format photos with format badges.

Does HEICPX upload my photos to the cloud?

No. All processing happens locally on your device.

What export quality options are available?

• Low: Smaller file size
• Balanced: Recommended
• High: Best quality

What happens to my original photos?

Original photos remain untouched. Only copies are converted.

How does the subscription work?

Pro provides unlimited conversions, batch conversion (up to 10 photos), and no watermarks.

Can I restore my purchase?

Yes. Go to Settings > Restore Purchase.

How do I cancel my subscription?
